Problems Logging In

Please contact a line manager or a member of administration with PDRpro access.

They in turn can access your personal details, remind you of your username and, if need be, reset your password to your brigade's default password. Please note that passwords are never given out by the PDRpro system.

When you next logon you will be asked to change your password to something more secure and personal.

To view a member of personnel's security details and to reset their password:

1. Log In.
2. Find the person in the personnel system.
3. Once you have brought up their details, click on the Admin option on the top right.
4. In Admin, there is a Security section. Follow this link.
5. If the person cannot remember their password, and you have ensured the request is genuine, click on the submit button next to Reset Password.
6. The system will display the person's new password. Please pass this on. Note that this password will have to be changed when they next log on.
